Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. - 2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted.
- 3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used. - 4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case. - 5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. - 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
